This all-gendered course focus is active fun, confidence through learning new skills and feeling of energy and strength through fitness. The average class will do 10 minutes of fitness activity with 20 minutes of drills and 30 minutes of game play.

PPL2O1|Healthy Active Living
This all-gendered course focus is active fun, confidence through learning new skills and feeling of energy and strength through fitness. A wide variety of sports with greater focus on team skills and game play compared to the grade 9 version. The average class will do 10 minutes of fitness activity with 20 minutes of drills and 30 minutes of game play.
PAL2O1|Healthy Living: Large Group
This all-gendered course focus is active fun and confidence through learning new skills and improving skills in major team sports like volleyball, basketball, soccer, football and ultimate. The class will spend time on individual and team skills and lots of game play without limited fitness based activities. The goal of this course is to prepare students to play at a higher level on sports teams at this school or at a more competitive level in youth or adult leagues in the community.
PAF2OF|Female Fitness
Fitness room based class that focuses on basic fitness form and styles of training. We promote and facilitate student led fitness, where our students create their own programs for approximately 50 days of the semester. Teachers will lead approximately 40 days. Health topics are nutrition, workout analysis, body image, and proper lifting techniques.
Grade 11
PPL3O1|Healthy Active Living
Wide variety of sports with greater focus on fun modified games and teamwork/leadership skills. Off-site activities like golf, soccer dome, white oaks, curling etc. are also planned.

This academic course focuses on anatomy, physiology, fitness and nutrition, biomechanics, psychology and sociology of sport.
