The Geography Club at Welland Centennial Secondary School is a vibrant community where students explore the world through hands‑on fun and discovery. Members take part in geo games, identify world flags, and challenge each other in GeoGuessr to sharpen their global awareness. A favourite tradition is the annual field trip to the quarry to collect fossils, giving students real fieldwork experience. Weekly meetings mix geography activities, rock collecting, and beginner‑friendly GIS mapping. To celebrate global diversity, the club hosts culture lunches where students share food and traditions from around the world.
